Coconut Maple Caramels
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup maple sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Prep a 9x13 pan and line with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Combine all ingredients (except the salt). Whisk continuously until caramel reaches “soft ball” consistency or between 235-240 degrees F.
Remove from heat, and pour into pre-lined container.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
slice into squares and twist into parchment paper.
Store in fridge
